We have developed a process that results in an affordable home that meets your every need. This process works whether you build directly from one of our eight, innovative floor plans or build a fully custom home. In fact, you can modify any of our current plans!  The process starts with a design meeting and finishes with keys to your Colorado dream home.

 We work with you every step of the way to build the Colorado home of your dreams. You can choose from one of our current design plans and see your home built in less than six months at an affordable price. Or, together we can modify those plans to make it work for you.

We make a semi-custom home feel like a custom home. You can also start with a blank sheet pf paper and build a one of kind home just as you dreamed it.

There is no reason why the process of building your Colorado dream home can't be fun and enjoyable. We work hard to make the process stress free and easy. This is one of the biggest decisions of your life and we will listen closely and make it fun. 

 You will work directly with Steve Neary, the owner of Copperleaf Homes, as we plan and build your home. This builds a high level of trust and insures we are listening carefully to your needs. Working directly with Steve will offer a flexible apporach not seen with other home builders.

We run a smart and efficient business. We can pass those savings to you without sacrificing quality and the service you require. Our homes start in the low $300,000s. However, we bring the same level of service and quality to all our homes at any budget.

If you build a home from one of our existing plans we can move quickly and offer an affordable budget. You can choose from eight plans. Each of our customer's projects are bid by our contractors to get the most affordable and customized budget. This insures you get more house for the money.

Location

We are located in beautiful Colorado and our home designs feel like Colorado. If you are moving from out of state and want to enjoy the Colorado lifestyle of outdoor living, mountains and fresh air, then you will love our home designs. We build in El Paso, Douglas and Teller counties of Colorado.
