City utilities...in the countryThe Preserve at Walden has all the utilities you would expect in the city.

Water & Sewer are provided by the Walden Corporation. All of the homesites in the Preserve at Walden that are approximately 3/4 acres in size (lots #1 to 73) has central water and sewer service provided by the Walden Corporation. All of the remaining homesites approximately 2.5 acres in size are served by individual well and septic systems.
