With 1.5 miles of open space, Walden offers a rich outdoor experience for residents including hiking, biking, and fly fishing in one of Colorado's most colorful settings.
Walden can offer these features because of our open space and rolling hills that offer views of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak along with trails and quiet mountain ponds.
Enjoy the best of Colorado winters as the ponds freeze over and snow covers the land. In the spring enjoy Colorado wild flowers, green grasses and bright blue skies. The summer brings moderate temperatures, perfect for enjoying the trails, fishing in the ponds or staying home for a barbecue on your deck.

The Preserve at Walden has all the utilities you would expect in the city.
Just a 10-minute drive from Walden is one of Colorado’s best kept secrets, the Club at Flying Horse. This member’s only club features an 18 hole Tom Weiskopf golf course, world-class athletic club and spa, year round swimming pools, indoor clay tennis courts and outdoor hard courts, fine and casual dining and much more. Make sure to tour the club when you visit Walden.
The Preserve at Walden is Colorado living at its best. You can enjoy the dry climate, moderate temperatures, bright sunshine and fresh, clear mountain air.
Lori and I love our new house, lot and living in Walden. We are close enough to everything we need, but can come home to quiet, wonderful views and Colorado living. From our deck we can see Pike’s Peak, the Rocky Mountains to the North and a beautiful pond. We searched the area for over a year and Walden was our favorite!
